The Intimacy Gram Strategies and solutions
We are the sum of all of our relationships and experiences. Therapy helps to determine what aspects of our sum that we can consciously choose to influence a better whole in the here-and-now.
Life is a constant state of transition. Those in recovery from alcohol, substances, codependency, or trauma are in the midst of a whirlwind of change. By using evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, I help clients gain understanding and insight into present life struggles, past influences, and future direction. It all starts with a simple diagram, the Intimacy Gram.

With Covid-19 social distancing practices, I stopped teaching classes at the hospital clinic. I began making videos based on the educational topics I normally teach. I initially made these for my clients but I placed them on YouTube so others can benefit. Please check out the playlists and topics, including Cognitive Behavioral and DBT skills, 12 Step recovery tools, the Loving Parent Guidebook, keys to improved Mental Health, and the Intimacy Gram. Go to YouTube and "Like", "Subscribe" and click on the "bell" to get notifications of new videos!

The Intimacy Gram is a tool for diagramming your current levels of intimacy and balance on one sheet of paper. By exploring the factors of intimacy, levels of intimacy, anchors, and balance among life realms, you get a GPS screenshot of where you are presently in your life. This clarifies opportunities and direction for growth and recovery. Revised in 2023 to include work done using the Loving Parent Guidebook and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
